Foundation 92 staff can now benefit from a wide range of discounts and wellbeing support thanks to a new partnership with a digital employee benefits platform.
The football charity has teamed up with WorkLife by OpenMoney to offer its workforce the opportunity to save money on food, drink and clothing, as well as giving them a host of online resources.
Employees can access a number of benefits such as money management tools, including regulated financial advice, cashback and discounts at high-street retailers, gyms and restaurants, as well as a mental wellbeing support app that is approved by the NHS.
Tom Hutton, head of Foundation 92, said: “Our goal is to help improve the wellbeing of the communities in Greater Manchester, and we want to make sure we’re doing that for our own Salford staff and their families
too. That’s why we’ve partnered with WorkLife to give our staff a tailored range of benefits they can use, and which might be helpful during particularly challenging times.”
Greg Mahon, relationship director of WorkLife, said: “As the increased living costs persist, it’s not just employees’ wallets that are suffering but their mental and physical wellbeing too.”
He explained the important of every type of business having access to affordable and high-quality benefits that could help staff with their overall wellbeing, as well as to better save and manage their money.
Mahon added: “The focus on people’s overall wellbeing is shared by Foundation 92 which is why we’re delighted to be working with them.”
