Provider PIB Employee Benefits has launched a campaign calling on HR leaders and business directors to pledge support for employee-centric benefits.
The Campaign for Better Benefits aims to improve employee benefits in the workplace by encouraging employers to commit to delivering better perks. As part of the campaign, PIB EB is asking employers to sign up to a set of principles to enhance what they offer. It aims to address the growing need for companies to prioritise workforce wellbeing and satisfaction.
HR leaders and business directors signing the pledge will commit to making significant improvements in their benefits programmes, ensuring they are built around employee needs and promoting a culture of wellbeing.
David Skinner, managing director of PIB EB, said: “We’re asking companies to join our campaign by pledging their commitment to delivering better benefits to their employees. In return, they’ll get inspiration, guides, and exclusive content to help them boost their wellbeing and benefits programme.”
