Workplace mental health platform Unmind, which uses AI driven services, has partnered with benefits provider Reward Gateway Edenred to make “mental health support easier to access for millions of employees worldwide”.
Under the deal, Reward Gateway Edenred will offer mental health resources from Unmind to their 4,500 clients, supporting 8 million employees.
Unmind support includes its AI-driven mental health coach, Nova, a global network of therapists, and more than 700 hours of self-guided, psychologist-backed content, as well as crisis care.
AI coach Nova has been designed to offer scalable, personalised support to employees. It can help with guidance and tools tailored to people’s individual needs.
