Progyny is extending its global benefits platform to cover pregnancy, postpartum and menopause programmes for multinational employers from January 2026.
The offerings complement its existing fertility and family-building services, providing care across different stages of women’s and family health. According to Progyny, employees will have access to personalised consultations, guided programmes, a curated knowledge centre and country-specific support for local care and regulations.
Research shows that one in ten working women leave jobs due to menopause symptoms, highlighting the potential impact on the workforce.
Progyny’s platform provides support in 127 countries with local expertise and multilingual capabilities.
Progyny general manager of global markets Jenny Saft says: “We’ve done extensive research and heard from employers that a clear gap exists – they need local market expertise and real partnership for their employees. Progyny’s global offerings combine our recognised focus on clinical expertise with localised guidance, helping members find and connect to the right care at the right time, wherever our members live.
“For global employers, this means a unified women’s health solution that provides expert-led human support while simplifying benefit administration across regions.”
