L&G has appointed Emma Holden as chief people office and Andy Sinclair to the newly-created role of chief strategy and investor relations officer.
Holden, joins from Man Group were she held the same role. She will report to the group CEO António Simões, and will be a member of L&G’s Group Management Committee. She has almost two decades of senior people leadership and has previously worked at Schroders for 17 years.
Sinclair will be a member of Andrew Kail’s CFO leadership team, and will also report into Simões. He joins from Bank of America Securities where he is currently managing director and head of the European insurance team.
Sinclair brings nearly two decades of actuarial and analyst experience across the insurance and finance sectors, including at Bank of America and Standard Life. He is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
Both will start their roles at the end of January 2026.
