WTW has partnered with software company Bettercomp, which offers technology packages to help benchmark and evaluate pay structures.
As a result of this strategic partnership, WTW clients will get access to Bettercomp’s software, which integrates survey data, advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to help make more informed decisions around pay structures and compensation packages.
WTW advises organisations on pay programmes, with a view to aligning business objective with talent strategies. It says Bettercom’s software offers benchmarking and data-driven insights, helping deliver flexibility, speed and scalability to clients when it comes to making informed pay decisions.
