Barnett Waddingham (BW) has agreed a three-year contract to implement its 4me employee benefits platform for glass manufacturer Encirc.
The platform will replace Encirc’s manual, paper-based benefits administration with a digital system that employees can access at any time. Staff will be able to view their benefits, update selections in real time and access information remotely.
Encirc, which operates across the full beverage supply chain, said adopting the platform supports its wider sustainability plans by enabling digital delivery of benefits information.
Encirc has sites in Northern Ireland, Cheshire and Bristol, covering glass manufacturing, filling and logistics.
Barnett Waddingham partner and head of employee consulting David Collington says: “We were delighted to secure Encirc as a client for our 4me platform. We are closely aligned in our passion when it comes to employee engagement and sustainability, making this a natural partnership.”
“Encirc are already reaping the rewards of using our platform, which sees them directly involving employees in their sustainability journey and actively promoting sustainable choices, and we congratulate them on their award win.”
Encirc head of analytics & reward Stuart Jensen says: “The 4me platform has transformed how we deliver benefits to our employees across our sites.
“What previously required significant manual administration is now streamlined and accessible to our workforce 24/7. This digital transformation not only improves efficiency but enhances our employees’ experience, allowing them to take control of their benefits while supporting our broader sustainability goals.”
