Buzzworks Holdings has introduced a new digital wellbeing platform to help staff with their mental, physical and financial health.

The hospitality group, which is based in Ayrshire in south-west Scotland, launched its Wellbeing Hub to provide employees with access to a range of online tools and tailored services.

The platform offers a combination of resources spread over four distinct categories – Move, Munch, Money and Mind. It enables staff to view exercise videos, financial guides and exercise videos, as well as a collection of meditation and mindfulness audios.

Nicola Watt, head of people at Buzzworks Holdings, said: “The success of our business is built on the hard work and dedication of our team, and we recognise the importance of ensuring our people are well looked after.

“We are therefore, delighted to announce the launch of our very own Buzzworks Wellbeing Hub, which is designed to support our employees wherever they are in their wellbeing journey.”

The new services complement the company’s existing Employee Promise offering, which includes flexible working, discounted gym membership, wellbeing days and an employee assistance programme.
