Futureheads has introduced household bills support app for its 45 employees based in London, UK.
The digital and technology recruitment business decided to implement the platform to help staff manage their finances through the cost-of-living crisis.
Launched in partnership with household bills manager Nous, the service finds savings by switching suppliers or negotiating with existing ones. It also tracks employees’ providers and services, preventing missed deadlines for renewing or switching. Employees can additionally gain cash rewards as earned commission is given back to them.
Futureheads director Rohan Maheswaran said: “Given the cost-of-living crisis at the moment, anything we can do to help our employees and teams save money and be more efficient and effective with their hard-earned cash is definitely desirable.
“As a business, we’re always trying to find ways to be creative to offer more benefits for our staff, and having a benefit or service which people can use and save themselves money has obviously gone down pretty well.”
Other financial wellbeing initiatives offered by Futureheads include a health cash plan, enhanced parental leave policies, a season ticket loan for travel, a cycle scheme, technology scheme and discounts platforms, as well as a standard an auto-enrolment compliant pension scheme.
The company also offers an annual leave allowance which increases after two years of service, flexible working with the opportunity to work remotely for up to three weeks from anywhere in the world, a flexible holiday policy with the option to buy or sell a maximum of three days’ holiday per year and home working arrangements.
In terms of celebrating success, staff can enjoy an annual company trip, with a second one on offer for top performers, team incentives and events, and Futureheads employment anniversary celebrations.
Employees also have a birthday day off, one development day per year, a Life Adventure Policy, a ‘Re-set’ day at difficult times, mental health support, and menopause and menstrual leave support.
