Hargreaves Lansdown has appointed Lisa Hillier to be its new chief people officer.
Hillier will join the executive leadership team at the financial services firm and will lead its people and culture strategy.
Hillier joins from Trainline, where she was chief people officer, a role she has held with a number of companies running large online platforms. This includes BetFair and JustEast.
She also has regulatory and financial services experience, having spent 15 years at Aviva earlier in her career and five years in a senior people leadership role at Ofcom.
HL says she bring significant experience in building high-performing cultures, engaging colleagues and leading organisations through transformation and growth, particularly in fast-paced, digitally led businesses.
Hargreaves Lansdown interim CEO Richard Flint says: “With experience spanning several dynamic digitally led companies, a regulator and financial services, Hillier has led organisations through growth and change throughout her career.”
