HR payroll and benefits software provider Ciphr has appointed Karen Williams as its new chief revenue officer as it looks to expand its product suite for UK businesses. 

Williams joins from IRIS Software Group, where she was VP of group operations. She will She will now work with her former IRIS boss Sion Lewis, at Ciphr, overseeing all revenue-generating operations, including new business, business development, revenue operations, and renewals.

Williams is experienced in sales and operational leadership, with has a track record of accelerating growth and building high-performing teams in the technology sector. 

Sion Lewis, CEO of Ciphr says: “Chief revenue officer is a pivotal role in driving ongoing growth for the group.

I’m confident that [William’s] strong commercial expertise and experience will be a real asset to Ciphr, as we look to capitalise on our market-leading proposition and continue to enhance and expand our product suite for UK businesses.”

Ciphr’s HR, payroll, learning, recruitment and benefits software and services are used by range of organisations including Bensons for Beds, Bunzl, Prudential, Barnardo’s, Greater London Authority, the Church of England, University of Oxford and University of Cambridge.
