Pandora has increased its hourly pay rate for 2,400 employees in the UK and Ireland by up to 14% from this month (April).
The global jewellery retailer made the announcement following its third salary review in 12 months.

In Ireland, shop assistants in Ireland have been given a 12% increase, and they can now earn a maximum of €13.85 (£12.24) an hour.
Store managers have also benefited from the move, with their wages rising by an average of 12%.
The firm has also implemented several new incentives in the past year, including a monthly bonus scheme for in-store teams; a £500 personal allowance for own-brand jewellery; and a chance to win a holiday to Thailand for their team.
According to Pandora, its enhanced employee offering is part of its wider goal to support its customer-facing staff who play a significant role in the company’s success.
UK and Ireland managing director Rasmus Brix said: “We have an exceptional team at Pandora who put an incredible amount of passion and energy into making the customer experience so unique.
“It’s a key reason millions of people put their trust in our brand every day and a major contributor to our overall success as a business.
“Investing in the growth and fulfilment of our retail teams has been a top priority for us and we’ve put a great amount of effort into fostering a healthy workplace culture – one where our employees are not only rewarded competitively, but also where they feel heard, valued and supported through the right tools, platforms and policies.
“We are absolutely committed to developing these areas even further as our business experiences growth.”
The company has also increased its commitment to learning and development, offering more opportunities for staff and promoting many into head-office positions in recent years.
