According to the Consumer Digital Index Report:
- 16.8 million people are in the low and very low digital capability segments
- 29.9 million people are in the low and very low financial capability segments
So who is being left behind and what free support is available to employers and individuals to increase the number of people benefiting from the digital dividend?
