Towergate Employee Benefits appointed Sarah Webb as senior project manager within its benefit technology team.
Webb with be responsible for overseeing the employee benefits technology projects, processes, and working to enhance the proposition.
She joins from Channel 4, where she was Pension & Benefit Manager, Webb has 15 years’ experience working in employee benefits, with a focus on pensions and technology and has been involved on both the consultancy and the client side.
Webb will be reporting to head of platforms Renny Wickham to support growth in providing technology and flexible platforms to Towergate Employee Benefits’ existing and new clients.
Wickham says: “With the addition of Sarah, we aim to open the business to new technology and employee benefits business whilst also enhancing the experience of our existing clients. We are incredibly pleased to have her aboard.”
Webb says: “There is so much potential in the area of technology and employee benefits, and I’m really looking forward to using my background and experience to help existing and new clients fully benefit from all the potential.”
